Proof revisions, delayed photo/approval, or peak periods can extend the overall timeline. Photo guide

Use a close-up photo taken in natural daylight.
Make sure your pet's face, colouring and key markings are clearly visible.
Avoid screenshots, filters, blur and heavily shadowed photos.
Choose the final photo carefully. Replacing it after the design preview process begins may incur an additional design fee.

Personalised-order policy

Because this item is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not available once the design preview has been confirmed or production has begun. This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Contact susan@custommybuddy.com if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Fit and care

Unisex fit. Check the size guide and garment measurements in centimetres before ordering. Wash inside out in cold water with similar colours and air dry. Do not use stain remover directly on pigment-dyed fabric.
