Timing for Australia

After you confirm the design preview, production takes about 1-2 business days, then shipping to Australia is about 5-7 business days. Proof revisions can add time. Prices are in AUD and include GST. Free shipping on Australian orders.

Photo guide

Use a close-up photo taken in natural daylight. Make sure your pet's face, colouring and key markings are clearly visible. Avoid screenshots, filters, blur and heavily shadowed photos.

Because this item is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not available once the design preview has been confirmed or production has begun.
