Timing and delivery
Made to order. After you confirm the design preview, production takes about 1-2 business days, then shipping to Australia is about 5-7 business days. Proof revisions can add time. Proof revisions, peak gifting periods, and delayed approval can extend this estimate. Shipping costs and local currency are shown at checkout when you select your country.
Photo guide
Use a close-up photo taken in natural daylight. Make sure your pet's face, coloring, and key markings are clearly visible. Avoid screenshots, filters, blur, and heavily shadowed photos. Choose the final photo carefully. Replacing it after the design preview process begins may incur an additional design fee.
Personalized-order policy
Because this item is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not available once the design preview has been confirmed or production has begun. This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Contact custommybuddyteam@outlook.com if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Fit and care
Unisex fit. Check the size guide before ordering. Spot clean gently and air dry. Avoid the dryer so the sherpa pile and embroidery stay in shape.
