How it works

1. Choose your colour, size and number of pets.
2. Upload a clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera.
3. Receive your first hand-drawn design preview by email within 7-10 business days — good art takes a little time, and this is where the magic happens.
4. Confirm the design preview or request changes. Up to three design revisions are included. Nothing is made until you approve it.
5. We embroider the piece and send tracking when it ships.

Timing for Australia

After you confirm the design preview, production takes about 1-2 business days, then shipping to Australia is about 5-7 business days. Proof revisions can add time. Prices are in AUD and include GST. Free shipping on Australian orders.

Photo guide

• Use a close-up photo taken in natural daylight.
• Make sure your pet's face, colouring and key markings are clearly visible.
• Avoid screenshots, filters, blur and heavily shadowed photos.

Because this item is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not available once the design preview has been confirmed or production has begun.
