- Upload a clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera.
- Receive your first hand-drawn design preview by email within 7-10 business days — good art takes a little time, and this is where the magic happens.
- Confirm the design preview or request changes. Up to three design revisions are included. Nothing is made until you approve it.
- We embroider the piece and send tracking when it ships.

After you confirm the design preview, production takes about 1-2 business days, then shipping to Australia is about 5-7 business days. Proof revisions can add time. Prices are in AUD and include GST. Free shipping on Australian orders.
