Explore new and old Italian cookbooks and challenge yourself to cook in uncharted territory. Every two months, we dive deep into one cookbook (six books a year) — cooking a selection of its dishes together, plus weekly virtual discussions and special online events.

Registration for our November–December 2026 cohort has closed — membership kicks off November 1.
