A folding FPV drone that fits in a jacket pocket

A V4 folding quadcopter with dual 1080p cameras and live WiFi FPV streaming straight to your phone. It folds down to about the size of a paperback, flies 16–20 minutes on a charge, and comes with altitude hold, headless mode and a one-key return-home button so it's easy to fly even on your first flight.

TacRight Rc Drone - folding 1080p FPV quadcopter in flight — Unfold it, power it on, and you're in the air.

Most drones this size are either toys with no camera or serious hobby kits with a serious price tag. This one splits the difference — a real dual-camera FPV feed on your phone, a control range long enough to actually be useful, and a fold-flat design that rides in a backpack or glove box instead of taking up a shelf.

What you're getting

TacRight Rc Drone dual 1080p wide-angle camera closeup

Dual 1080p HD cameras with a wide-angle lens stream a live 2.4GHz WiFi feed to the companion app on your phone, so you're seeing what the drone sees in real time, not just guessing from the ground.

TacRight Rc Drone with transmitter and carry case

Everything ships in one carry case: the drone, a 3-channel transmitter with a phone clamp, the 3.7V 1600mAh battery, a USB charging cable, 4 spare propeller blades, a small screwdriver and the manual.

Altitude hold keeps it steady in the air on its own, headless mode means forward is always forward no matter which way it's facing, and one-key return-home brings it straight back to you if you lose your bearings.

TacRight Rc Drone folded to palm size, 94.8 grams with battery

Folded, it's about the size of a paperback (12 x 7.7 x 5.5 cm) and weighs just 94.8g with the battery in — small enough to keep in a backpack pocket or a glove box until you need it.

Questions

How long does it actually fly?

16–20 minutes per charge is the manufacturer's figure under ideal conditions. Wind, cold weather and how the drone is flown will bring that number down — a spare battery is worth having if you plan to fly for a full afternoon.

Do I need to register it or follow any rules to fly it?

Drone rules vary by country and even by city — registration thresholds, altitude limits, airspace restrictions and line-of-sight requirements are the pilot's responsibility to know before flying. Check your local regulations first; this isn't a substitute for that.

What's the real camera quality like?

Both cameras are rated 1080p by the manufacturer. It's a wide-angle FPV feed for flying and casual video, not a stabilized gimbal camera built for professional footage.

Is it hard to fly for a beginner?

Altitude hold and headless mode do a lot of the work for you, and one-key return home is there if you get disoriented. It's still a real quadcopter, so expect a short learning curve like any first drone.

Is this OK for a teenager to fly?

The manufacturer recommends age 14 and up. It's not intended for younger children, and an adult should be nearby for a first-time flyer of any age.
