Built for runners who want to push the pace beyond the treeline, the Prodigio Pro is La Sportiva’s most advanced trail running shoe to date, blending race-day speed with mountain-ready precision. Designed with ultramarathons and technical terrain in mind, it delivers road-shoe energy return with the grip and control you need when the trail gets wild.

At its core is the XFlow Speed™ midsole, engineered for maximum rebound and shock absorption. Every stride feels more efficient, helping you conserve energy on climbs and open up your pace on descents. It’s that rare balance of cushioning and propulsion, giving you the feeling of a “super shoe” without sacrificing trail stability.

Up top, La Sportiva’s Power Wire Technology works alongside a secure wrapping system to lock the foot in place, delivering precision on uneven ground and confidence at speed. The knit collar adds a gaiter-like finish, keeping debris out while enhancing ankle fit, ideal for long days on mixed terrain.

Underfoot, a FriXion® White outsole with 4mm lugs grips reliably across rock, mud, and loose trail, while targeted metatarsal protection adds stability where you need it most. The result is a shoe that feels fast and responsive on runnable sections, yet composed and controlled when the terrain turns technical.

Whether you’re chasing a PB at your next ultra or moving fast through big mountain terrain, the Prodigio Pro is built to help you run stronger, longer, and faster.
