Raising Happy Eaters: Mealtime, Made Better

"Dinnertime was our family's worst time of day. My toddler would only eat three foods, and I was stressed about nutrition and worried I was creating bad habits. This course helped me understand that my child's pickiness was actually normal development, not my failure as a parent. I learned how to create a calm mealtime environment and trust my child's appetite. Now we actually enjoy eating together, and my kid is trying new foods without any pressure from me!"
