- Will it really improve my baby’s sleep?
Many of our parents report they and their little ones improved their sleep within 1 to 3 nights. Longer stretches and fewer wakeups. - How is it different from regular swaddles or sleep sacks?
The Zen Sack is the only sleep sack with a patented Cuddle Pad™ that mimics your gentle touch. It’s designed to make sleep feel familiar and comforting especially for babies transitioning out of the swaddle. - Can my baby wear this if they roll?
Never place a baby to sleep on their stomach when they cannot roll independently. For babies who have passed the milestone, the Zen Sack is designed for both back and tummy sleepers. The Cuddle Pad™ is safe for rolling babies and can be worn on the front or back. - Could it cause overheating?
Each Zen Sack is available in a range of TOG levels for different seasons and room temperatures, so you can pick the right one for your baby’s needs to maintain optimal body temperature. (See our TOG guide for help.)
