Will it really improve my baby’s sleep?
Many of our parents report they and their little ones improved their sleep within 1 to 3 nights. Longer stretches and fewer startle-reflex wakeups.
How is it different from regular swaddles or sleep sacks?
The Zen One Classic uniquely blends benefits of a swaddle and the warm feeling of human touch:
   - Gentle cuddle-pad on chest mimics a parent’s hand
   - Removable mesh sleeves offer flexibility as the baby grows
   - Two-way zipper and inner band help prevent riding up and make nighttime diapering easy
Could it cause overheating?
The Classic fabric is 100% cotton, ~1.0 TOG, best for ~50–80 °F room temps.
