8' x 4' x 1/4". Long and narrow. Built for workouts that move forward and back more than side to side.
YOUR LIVING ROOM IS NOW A GYM
32 square feet optimized for linear movement. Cardio flows, kickboxing drills, shadow boxing combinations, and any training that uses depth more than width. At 8 feet long, you have room for sprint-in-place drills, forward lunge sequences, and plyometric patterns that travel. Tall athletes who've always felt cramped on shorter mats find the 8' length covers what they actually need. It fits in hallways and narrow rooms that a wider mat never could.
BUILT FOR DAILY HARD USE
1/4 inch of high-density 16P-free certified PVC. Built for shoes, daily use, impact training, and anything else a serious home athlete brings to it. No rubber smell. Won't compress or degrade under repeated daily impact. The circle-pattern bottom grips hardwood, tile, laminate, and concrete across all 8 feet.
JOINT PROTECTION THAT HOLDS UP
Eight feet of joint protection. Landing from jumps, kneeling for floor work, wrist support in push-up variations: the cushion is consistent across the full length. Firm enough for loaded movements and agility drills. Cushioned enough that a hard floor doesn't accumulate on your body across a long session.
