Most people train in a spare bedroom or living room, not a dedicated gym. This mat is built for that reality.

6' x 4' x 1/4". Compact enough for any apartment. Large enough for any solo workout. Rolls to closet depth when you're done.

YOUR LIVING ROOM IS NOW A GYM

24 square feet of workout surface that fits where you actually live. Burpees land end-to-end. Push-up sets have room. Bear crawls, lateral bounds, HIIT circuits, strength training, and yoga flows all happen on this mat without shuffling furniture to both walls. If you're running Insanity in a studio apartment or doing P90X in a bedroom, this is the size that fits without turning setup into a second workout. Unstrap, unroll, and go. Done in under a minute.

BUILT FOR DAILY HARD USE

1/4 inch of high-density 16P-free certified PVC. Handles shoes, weights dropped from shoulder height, and daily jump training without cracking or compressing. Most customers notice a faint new-mat smell that clears within a day. Leave it unrolled in a ventilated room if you're sensitive.

The circle-pattern bottom grips hardwood, tile, vinyl, and carpet without tape or friction strips. It doesn't move. Not when you jump. Not when you push. Not when you plant and sprint. Customers who train at 200+ lbs through high-impact sessions say the same: it stays put. Won't peel, won't crack, won't compress down to nothing after a few months of real use.

JOINT PROTECTION THAT HOLDS UP

Hard floors are unforgiving. Your knees during mountain climbers, your wrists in push-up variations, your hips in bodyweight squats: the 1/4 inch absorbs impact without letting you sink. You stay stable in planks and plyometrics because the surface is firm, not spongy. Cushioned enough to protect, firm enough to perform.

ONE MORE THING NOBODY TALKS ABOUT

If you train on hardwood or tile, this mat cuts the noise. Not completely, but enough that the person downstairs stops hearing every landing. It's not marketed as a sound dampener because that's not its main job. But if you live in an apartment or a two-story house, you'll notice it immediately.

INSTANT HOME GYM IN ANY ROOM

You want to get into shape. You're ready to see results. But working out on your living room floor isn't exactly ideal. You need a large, spacious, non-slip surface. Padding and cushion to help absorb the impact. Durable, non-toxic materials are essential. You need more than just an exercise mat...

THICK, DOUBLE-SIDED DESIGN

High-density, non-slip performance top provides unmatched durability and cushion. Unique, circle-pattern bottom grips and prevents the mat from sliding around. This creates the perfect balance of toughness, comfort and stability.

PROTECTS YOUR JOINTS AND FLOORS

If there's anything worse than sore joints after an intense workout, it's finding out your carpet or hardwood flooring has been destroyed too. Don't make Plyometrics and Burpees any harder than they already are.
