Blue transferware, the rim carrying floral swags and scrolled cartouches over a narrow lattice band, the well left plain. The transfer has printed a little unevenly at one edge, the way they do. Age spotting scattered through the centre, and a warm ivory tone throughout. Stamped underneath for the Faïencerie d'Onnaing, pattern Corbeil. Round, useful, and priced to actually be used.
