Like our regular Delve Deck Couples Edition but not quite perfect. Our printer sent us copies of this game with some cosmetic defects or damage to the boxes.

They're still perfectly usable decks, but not up to our stringent product standards. Rather than putting them right into a landfill, we're offering them at discount so they can still have a life out in the world.

These are clearance items and FINAL SALE (not eligible for return/exchange). If you want a defect-free copy, visit our regular Delve Deck Couples Edition instead.

Conversation starters for long term relationships, designed for couples who've been together for a few years or a few decades.

This thoughtfully designed deck features 3 levels of intensity, ranging from light to dark. You can keep it light, staying in the shallow end, or go deep and delve into more intimate discussions.

Delve Deck Couples Edition is helpfully divided into 3 color coded sets of cards that allow you to choose the level of intimacy you want to bring to a conversation. The lightest cards are designed for dipping your toes into a playful chat. The darkest cards are perfect for diving deep and exploring the individual & shared histories, goals, and desires of you and your partner that make you the ideal match for one another. The medium deck helps you land somewhere in between light conversation and deeper intimacy.

Why you need it:

The questions are designed for long term relationships so you can reflect on your favorite memories and talk about things you'd like to do together in the future
Get out of conversational ruts with your partner and discuss topics you don't usually talk to each other about
Select your desired level of intimacy — go lighter for more casual bonding, or jump into the deep end to get even closer
Encourages real conversation: The Delve Deck Couples Edition gets you away from staring at screens and engaging in the same small talk and into connecting with your favorite person by learning new things about them

The inspiration behind the Couples Edition:

We've been together for over two decades and have tried many of the relationship themed card decks on the market. We love talking to each other and are always looking for tools to help us connect but found that while the other couples conversation card sets were great for newer couples, we ended up skipping most of the questions because we've been together for so long that we already knew each other's answers to most of the more superficial prompts in those decks.

We designed Delve Deck Couples Edition specifically for people in long term relationships and wrote questions that would keep us talking, learning new things about each other, and reflecting on our favorite memories together. We shared this deck with couple friends who've been together for years, and they all found these cards were the best questions they'd asked each other in a long time.

If you miss the thrill of staying up all night chatting like you did when you first met, you need these cards!

Inspiration behind the Delve Deck series:

We started asking conversation starting questions on our social media accounts several years ago and they became some of our most popular posts. We loved seeing total strangers who follow Boredwalk have fun, spirited conversations that fostered connection, even with people they'd never met. We'd occasionally find ourselves asking friends questions from our posts, and it always led to great conversations.

We chose to organize some of our most popular questions into card decks because we wanted to create something that would help us and our customers have great conversations with our favorite people AND stop staring at our phone screens. We selected questions for our decks that had the most comments, which means they're questions that are very likely to result in great conversations for you and your favorite people.

We organized our questions into levels of intimacy because when we tried other conversation decks on the market we found the questions were all over the place. Sometimes we're with people we're close with and are okay with talking about feelings, childhood, and other more personal topics. Sometimes we just want to have fun and talk about something light. We designed our Delve Decks to help you modulate the kind of conversation you want to have.

We designed the box with a nod to classic design movements like art deco and mid-century modern to create something timeless and stylish that you might want to display on a mantle, coffee table, or shelf. A conversation deck you have on display is one you're more likely to use, which means you'll get tons of great conversations out of this stylish little box of fun and connection.
