Product Description

These Zippy spacers are custom-designed for the Hansen Metals Solo butterfly knife They add positive jimping to the Solofor extra grip, and include a tungsten weight system for adjustable balance. This allows you to add end-weight to the Solo to add a light to moderate handle bias.

• Adjustable balance: Each spacer houses up to 3x removable Tungsten weights to fine-tune the balance to your preference. This weight system enables you to increase the handle bias and end-weight of the Solo to suit your preference.

• Solo Handle Inlays sold separately.
• Each Zippy spacer weighs 0.071 oz, and up to 0.135 oz with all 3x removable tungsten weights installed. For comparison, each stock Ultem spacer weighs 0.024 oz. A Hansen Solo that is Zippified with both inlays and [unweighted] spacers weighs 4.64 oz, or 4.54 oz with just spacers. For comparison, a stock Solo weighs 4.45 oz.

Recommended Balance Configurations

My personal preferred SuperFly balance is with inlays + spacers (no tungsten weights installed). This configuration weighs 4.64 oz total.
