The Softlight design is a 100% polyester construction — 65% polyester filament for smoothness and structure, 35% polyester spun for a softer hand and gentle texture. Woven to 189 GSM, it sits firmly in the light-filtering category: heavier than a traditional sheer like the Absolute Voile (96 GSM) or the Plain Classic (148 GSM), lighter than the Matte (243 GSM). The result is a fabric that diffuses incoming daylight into a soft, even glow while still letting plenty of brightness into the room.
Practically, this is a working family fabric. Machine wash at 40°C on a gentle cycle when needed. Spot clean handles every day. Non-chlorine bleach only if required. Low tumble dry, or hang while damp and let gravity smooth out creases. The Easy Clean treatment helps spills sit at the surface rather than absorbing immediately, and near-zero shrinkage means the custom drop you order is the drop you keep through repeated washing.
