The ZEN8 Swim Bench is designed to help improve freestyle swim technique and encourages the user to get an early high elbow catch. The early swim catch will help you move faster in any open-water swim or triathlon race. Perfect your swimming pull through and improve your stroke rate.

“ZEN8 is perfect to work on the first part of the catch” - Patrik Nilsson BMC PRO Triathlon Team

The ZEN8 will help you get a swim workout, triathlon brick session done, on days when you do not have time for the pool or open water swimming.

Build Swim Power - With increased resistance compared to the water, the ZEN8 will challenge you to push yourself harder in less time and boost your strength, giving you maximum power and speed in the water. Increased strength allows you to hold a better technique for longer in the water.

Improve Swim Technique - Develop an effective catch and pull-through to increase efficiency per stroke. Improved technique will result in better times in the water on race day. The one-of-a-kind Swim Bench not only encourages a high catch but will also activate your core whilst on it for better body position.

Enjoy Consistency - Never miss a swim workout again by effectively getting in a full swim session in as little as 20 minutes from the comfort of your own home. Combine fast, fun & effective ZEN8 workouts with in-water workouts for maximum results. Leave the guesswork behind and reach your goals in no time. Train smarter and race faster!

The ZEN8 Swim Bench has been designed by swimmers for swimmers to work on technique, core activation, simulating swimming action, and improving balance. It’s a first of it’s kind Swim Bench that you can travel with and easily store away after using it, weighing in at 2.9kg.
