Hello! Welcome to Your Health and Fitness Shop. We are a small USA shop located in the Midwest. I am an RN, grandmother, dog mom and love the outdoors and travel. Your Health and Fitness Shop gives me the opportunity to provide unique and affordable products. Please provide us feedback, so we can improve as we grow!
