Vintage blue Guilloche Enamel compact. It has hand-painted florals on the hinged lid. Metal "mirror" that is hinged with a compartment behind it. Powder compartment is clean and appears to have never been used. 1 7/8" in diameter on the square. 

I don't see any chips.
