WHY KEEP A PREGNANCY JOURNAL
A pregnancy journal is not only a great way to journal medical appointments, advice, shopping lists, names, books, websites, social media, nursery inspiration and birth plans but more importantly a place to document each week of a pregnancy.
Thoughts, feelings, emotions, body changes, fears, hopes, dreams - putting pen to paper can help navigate not only all the happy, excited feelings but perhaps the overwhelming too. Keeping weekly photos is a lovely way to look back on the amazing changes your body goes through while growing precious life. This journal can become a keepsake to look back on as a family or refer to with further pregnancies.
Also makes a great gift for a loved one to say congratulations on your pregnancy!
