Inspire a healthy work/life balance with the Move Board & Box bundle.

What's great about these Movement products?

The Move Board & Box have been specifically designed for use with a standing desk. Unlike many other balance boards and plyometric boxes on the market that might be distracting or even dangerous to use while working, the Move Board & Box allow you to create natural movement, providing subtle position changes in line with how your body intuitively wants to move.

Partnering perfectly with the WFH Desk, the Move Board even has hanging slots on either end so that it can be hung using a hook on the side of your WFH Desk when it's not in use. The Move Box can tuck away conveniently under your desk.

Promotes a full range of movement

The key to a healthy work setup is movement. That's why many people choose a standing desk. However, standing in one place all day isn't that great for you either. Introducing items such as the Move Board (a standing desk balance board) or the Move Box (a standing desk plyometric exercise box) helps you fight fatigue and achieve more movement throughout the day.
