This Black basket-style muzzle has an open lattice body, an adjustable top strap and a manual buckle fastening. Four sizes are available, with separate snout-circumference and length measurements shown in the gallery chart.
The molded basket sits around the snout while the straps run behind and over the head. The open spaces are visible around the front and sides, but a comfortable fit depends on the individual dog rather than appearance alone. Use the size chart as a starting point and check actual clearance before introducing the muzzle.
The chart provides both circumference and snout length for each size.
The pictured top and rear straps allow the position to be adjusted around the head.
A manually operated buckle is shown on the rear strap for fitting and removal.
Measure your dog’s snout and obtain fitting advice from a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional if unsure. Check that the basket does not press on the nose or eyes and leaves room for full panting and drinking. Introduce it gradually with positive conditioning, use only under close supervision and remove it promptly for distress, rubbing or restricted breathing. Do not use a muzzle to keep the mouth closed, suppress barking or replace appropriate handling and training.
No bite-proof or escape-proof performance is established for this model. Appropriate handling and supervision remain necessary.
No safe extended-wear duration is established. Use only with close supervision and individual fitting guidance.
No. Compare both snout measurements and actual open-mouth clearance; the gallery specifically excludes short-snouted dogs.
