This bundle contains two MCs (Festive Lights: Vibrant Red and Festive Lights: Green) and two CCs (Vibrant Green and Vibrant Red) to create a beautiful pair of festive odd socks! Or make whatever you like with them - don't let me limit you to socks... Fingerless gloves maybe? A scarf or cowl? A hat? Tiny jumpers for your Blythe dolls?

 

There are various skein sizes available for your wild and differing sock length/size desires, but these colourways are also available separately if you need more yarn than the bundle options I've created (see all of the Festive Sock Party items here).

 

I've included all of my usual yarn weights here (4ply, DK, and Aran) but please note that I haven't tested for micro-striping in socks in Aran yet, so it may not micro-stripe in the same way as the 4ply and DK do.

 

The MCs:

 

These perfect-for-socks colourways are half semi-solid, and half Neon Heart speckles, to create a micro-striping beauty. The yarn does all the hard work for you here - brilliant for vanilla socks in particular.

 

One colourway has Vibrant Red as its semi-solid portion, the other has Vibrant Green; a truly festive combo.

 

The CCs:

 

I've dyed the Vibrant Red semi-solid to use as the CC with your Vibrant Green MC, and Vibrant Green semi-solid to use as the CC with your Vibrant Red MC, but feel free to mix that up!

 

 

A pic of my It's A Quest! sock is shown for 4ply micro-striping reference - replace the black with the red or green in your mind - and my current DK sock WIP in Festive Lights: Vibrant Red gleefully confirmed to me that DK will micro-stripe in socks!

 

This yarn should micro-stripe in socks, and colour pool in other items.
