Replacement Perma-Grommets

Restore your fitness mat to full working order with these replacement perma-grommets. Made from durable hard plastic with a two-piece interlocking design, each grommet snaps securely into place to replace worn or broken hardware and keep your mat performing like new.

Each unit is one complete grommet made of 2 interlocking pieces. Note that a full FitnessMat requires 2 grommets, so order accordingly. These are replacement parts intended for use only with our 4' FitnessMats, 5.5' FitnessMats, and the FitnessMat SL. They serve no function on their own. They are incompatible with other brand mats.

Key features:

• Durable hard plastic construction
