Sam Darcy is rapidly emerging as one of the AFL’s most exciting young key forwards.

Selected with Pick 2 in the 2021 AFL National Draft as a father-son selection, the 205cm giant continues a proud Bulldogs legacy after his father Luke and grandfather David both played for the club.

After a breakout 2024 campaign, Darcy exploded in 2025 with a career-best 48 goals from just 17 games, showcasing his spectacular marking, athleticism and match-winning presence inside 50.
