The boonie hat has been worn by elite military and long-range reconnaissance patrols in the world’s most extreme environments for over 80 years. Designed to camouflage soldiers while protecting them from intense heat, sandstorms and monsoon rains, it’s been adapted for every possible climate.

We took it and built the Planet Earth Hat, one of the most technical and versatile hats ever created, designed to see you through any jungle, desert, mountain, beach, trail or city on Earth.

We’ve now rebuilt it with Twaron®, a para-aramid fibre used in body armour, aerospace parts and industrial systems where material failure has life-and-death consequences. It’s 1 hat that does the job of 20.

It’s still fitted with a removable sunshield, 36 concealed vents to keep you cool in hot and humid environments, and 16 gadget loops to carry essentials.
