Both the round base and the cone-shaped shade are cut from natural alabaster, so the whole lamp glows softly from within when it’s switched on. The stone has cloudy white tones with warm amber and gray veining, and every piece has its own pattern, so no two lamps look exactly the same. A slim neck in a dark bronze tone joins the base and shade and gives the soft stone a crisp outline. Even when it’s off, it looks like a piece of sculpture on a console, a nightstand, or an entryway table.
