Lock Brake Levers with rubber bands - Place band on front and rear bike brake levers to decrease motion between the bike and rack.  Use with e-bikes and RV/trailer setups and long road trips to minimize relative motion.

If you have old tubes cut them up and use them to engage your brakes and save yourself some cash.
