The Sferanne Alabaster Sphere Wall Sconce is a pure, simple form: a solid sphere of natural alabaster set on a short metal cylinder that mounts straight to the wall. A G9 bulb inside lights the whole globe from within, bringing out its soft white tone and amber veining. It comes in brushed nickel, black, or brass, in Small, Medium and Large sizes.
Natural alabaster, one of a kind
Each sphere is cut from natural alabaster, so veining, tone and small marks differ from piece to piece. No two sconces look exactly alike, and these variations are part of the stone, not defects.

- Dust the sphere with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning sprays on the stone.
- Let the bulb cool before handling the sphere or changing the bulb.

Which size should I choose?
Small suits bedsides, narrow hallways and pairs beside a mirror. Medium works in most living rooms and stairways. Large makes a bold statement on a feature wall or in an entryway.
What bulb does it use?
One G9 bulb in every size, and the bulb is included. G9 is a small two-pin bulb, not a standard screw-in base, so choose G9 bulbs for replacements.
Does it plug in, or does it need to be hardwired?
It is hardwired. The mount fixes over a standard junction box, and there is no plug or cord. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Which finishes are available, and how do I clean the alabaster?
Brushed nickel, black, and brass. Dust the sphere with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from water, as alabaster is a porous natural stone.
