The Spirelle Twisted Arm Alabaster Wall Sconce hangs a natural alabaster globe from a twisted rope-style arm that curves up and over from an oval backplate, finished with small ball finials at each end. The globe is open at the bottom, so it casts light downward while the stone glows with soft amber veining. It comes in brushed nickel, black, or brass, and measures 6.3″ wide, 12.6″ tall, and 9.4″ from the wall.

Alabaster is a natural stone. Each globe has its own veining and tone, so no two sconces look exactly alike. These variations are not defects.
- Turn off power at the breaker before installing. A licensed electrician is recommended.
- Mount the oval backplate upright so the arm curves over and the globe hangs below it.
- Dust the globe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning sprays on the stone.
- Let the bulb cool before handling the globe or changing the bulb.
What bulb does the Spirelle wall sconce use?
One bulb with an E12 or E14 base. These are small candelabra bases, not standard E26 or E27 screw bases, so check the base before buying replacements. A warm white 3000K bulb gives the stone its softest glow.
How big is it, and how far does it stick out from the wall?

Can I use a pair beside a mirror or bed?
Yes, the compact size and downward light work well on both sides of a mirror, a bed, or a doorway. It is rated for indoor, dry locations only.
Does it plug in, or does it need to be hardwired?
It is hardwired. The backplate mounts over a standard junction box and is controlled by a wall switch; there is no plug or cord. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Which finishes are available, and will my alabaster look like the photos?
Brushed nickel, black, and brass. Alabaster is a natural stone, so the veining and tone differ on every globe. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from water, as the stone is porous.
