The more details, the better.
Step 3 — Design Review + Quote
We review your request with our artisan supplier and confirm:
• Feasibility
• Final pricing
• Production timeline
• Whether a custom mold/setup is required
For highly unique designs, a mold fee may apply. If so, we explain everything clearly before moving forward.
Step 4 — Creation Begins
Once approved, we create your private Reserved Custom Order listing and production begins.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Production time is typically 4–6+ weeks minimum
• Rush production and expedited shipping may be available upon request
• Final pricing varies based on design complexity and materials
• Some highly customized styles may require an additional mold/setup fee
• Reservation fee becomes non-refundable once design review begins
