Wolf Infrared Sear Burner for OG Grills – Part #814564

This factory OEM infrared burner powers the sear zone on Wolf OG-series grills, delivering intense direct heat for high-temperature searing. Replace it when the burner is damaged or corroded, or no longer glows evenly across its surface.

• Fits: Wolf OG36, OG42 and OG54 grills (one per grill)
• Rating: 25,000 BTU (25,500 BTU on the OG54)

• Not for: the OG30, which has no sear burner, the standard U-burners (#814560), or older Wolf BBQ series grills

Wolf's own burner chart lists 814564 as the IR burner at 25,000 BTU, with the IR and U-burners rated 25,500 BTU on the OG54. The fit is backed by Wolf's IR sear valve assemblies, which are listed for the OG36, OG42 and OG54 only. The OG36 and OG54 product listings also describe their infrared sear zones. The OG30 exclusion is based on those fit lists and the BTU totals, since the chart's columns didn't line up in the copy I could read, so it's worth a quick check.
