Tackle Your Home’s Toughest Odors and Stains

We adore our pets and love for them to be part of our lives and in our homes and businesses. But, sometimes accidents happen, and now you have a problem. Solving that doesn’t have to be hard.

Hard floors and surfaces can be challenging to clean. Wood floors are usually sealed but seams and edges can collect odors and stains. Grout and concrete are very porous and absorb urine odors and stains. Linoleum can get sticky if urine is present. All of these problems are why Unique Pet Care created Hard Floor Cleaner. It has just the right formulation for cleaning odors and stains without leaving behind any residue. Unique Hard Floor Cleaner’s proprietary blend of bacteria and enzymes goes to work instantly removing those harsh odors and stains from hard surfaces without simply masking anything.

Unique Hard Floor Cleaner removes stains from virtually all hard surfaces, even those that have been treated. Unique Hard Floor Cleaner also removes pheromones to discourage pets from re-marking. It also tackles both new and old stains.
Odor and Stain Elimination That Really Works

Unique Hard Floor Cleaner is powered by the most advanced probiotic and enzyme blend available that goes to work instantly, breaking down even the most stubborn stains and odors. The way it works is simple. Bacteria need a food source to survive, and your pet’s odors & stains are the perfect food source. Once the bacteria in Unique Hard Floor Cleaner encounters a food source (the odors and stains), it becomes active and begins to eat. As the bacteria eat, they produce enzymes. These enzymes help to break the stain and odor down into more easily digestible food for the bacteria.
FAQs

How Do I Use it on my Wood or Engineered Wood Floors?

Typically, the floor itself is sealed. Dry up urine and then lightly spray the area and let dry to remove the pheromones that draw your pet back to the spot.

We often see that urine and other messes seep into flooring seams and edges. To treat those areas, turn the nozzle to stream, then spray along the seam and allow to dry. Avoid saturating the area to prevent damage to the floor. Instead, apply a couple of light applications to remove odors.

Removing Odors from Wood

Absorb as much of the urine or waste as you can and spray Hard Floor Cleaner onto affected area. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and then wipe up. Always test in an inconspicuous area to ensure no discoloration or warping of woods.

I Have Tile, Will It Work?

Yes, Unique Pet Care's Hard Floor Cleaner is perfect for tile or natural stone. Wipe up any mess them spray a generous amount onto the area and allow it to dry naturally. It will not leave any ring or stickiness when it is dry. And, don’t forget the grout. Spray grout lines well then, let dry.

I Have a Large Area What Do I do?

For large areas, it is best to use the Unique Pet Care Pet Odor and Stain Eliminator. Just mix in a bucket and apply to your floor with a mop. If you have wood, do not want to soak the floor as you mop. Only mix up as much as you will use in the next 7 days. The bacteria need food so if you make too much it will start to lose efficacy as the bacteria die from lack of food. Then, let dry.
