Keep yourself safe when you lift. Partner or not, spotter arms are designed to take a beating and catch your bar if you fail a rep. The top of the spotter arms are lined with UHMW wear strips to protect the knurling of your bar.

Looking to add to your workout? Use these spotters for rack pulls, bent-over rows, and standing overhead press too!

When you’re ready to work out, unfold your PRO Rack and attach the spotter arms to the front. Easily stored with our Spotter Arm Storage.
