A gold 42 Hz (Otto 42) weighted tuning fork, supplied with a wooden mallet and a black zip carry case. At this low frequency the fork produces a deep, slow vibration that is felt more than heard, which is why low-frequency weighted forks are popular for hands-on sound practice.

How to use
Hold the fork by the stem and tap the prongs lightly with the mallet or on the activator. Rest the stem gently on the body to feel the vibration.
