A weighted 136.1 Hz tuning fork, tuned to the frequency associated with the heart chakra (Anahata) and with the OM tone used in yogic and meditative practice, supplied with a mallet and a storage pouch. The weights give a deep vibration and long-lasting resonance that you can feel as well as hear. Choose the set with a tuning fork activator for another easy way to start the vibration.
It is made from aluminium alloy for durability and a clear tone. Use it in sound baths, chakra and energy work, Reiki and meditation, or simply as a calming part of your own relaxation routine.
