FloFX Clean Lines Drain Grate — Minimalism, Milled From Solid Metal

For a contemporary bath, the drain should be quiet. The Clean Lines grate strips the pattern down to simple, parallel lines — understated, modern, and right at home with matte-black fixtures and large-format tile. It's the grate for the client who wants the floor to speak and the hardware to whisper.

It carries the same build as the rest of the FFX Grate series: CNC milled from solid 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, chamfered edges, and a fully screwless design that looks clean and lets the homeowner pull it out to clean the drain without hunting for a tool. It's 4" x 4" in a matte black finish, and it drops into any FloFX bond flange drain — the Universal or Traditional kit — or fits a Schluter Kerdi®/Profilitec® drain with the FloFX Grate Install Kit. Want a bolder pattern in the same build? See the X Factor or the timeless Classic 2.

Why Tile Pros Choose It

• Minimal design: Simple linear pattern for contemporary baths
• Solid-plate quality: CNC-milled 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum
• Screwless: Clean look and tool-free removal for cleaning
• Matte black: Pairs with modern matte-black fixtures
• Wide compatibility: FloFX drains, or Schluter/Profilitec with the Grate Install Kit
• Certified and guaranteed: ICC-ES PMG-1680 / UPC, lifetime warranty
• The grate that knows when to be quiet: Exactly what a minimalist floor wants

Pro tip: On a FloFX drain, leave the temporary install plate in through tile and grout, then set the grate afterward so it stays clean. Line the grate's pattern up parallel with your tile joints for the most deliberate, built-in look.
