Fish Scaler Brass Blade Winged Design • Tikusan Japan Store

The outer blade is angled in such a way that it easily gets in between the scales and removes them with considerably less resistance. Wings on both sides help to reduce mess, keeping the scales from flying upward and scattering everywhere.
When preparing fish, removing the scales is a difficult hassle but the design of this scaler keeps the scales from flying and splattering around. This results in more time to enjoy your meal and less time required for cleanup.
The blade is made of brass and will cleanly and efficiently remove even hard scales.
Scales a wide variety of fish, including sea bream and salmon.
