A hand-built ceramic vessel by Sydney-based ceramicist Kelly Brown, with a rounded body, narrow neck and distinctive curled handles.

The mottled turquoise glaze is scattered with deep grey and earthy markings, giving the surface a weathered, almost archaeological quality. Its irregular finish and sculptural proportions recall ancient vessels, with a character that feels entirely its own.

A fascinating piece to display among collected objects, with the kind of detail that rewards a closer look.
