A French Brutalist bedside table dating to the 1950s, crafted in solid oak. The geometric carved door front, layered top and sculptural pedestal base give the piece its strong architectural character.

A single drawer sits above the cupboard, with simple metal hardware and generous storage within. The warmth and grain of the oak soften its heavier proportions, while the carved detailing brings texture to the otherwise simple form.

Compact enough for use as a bedside table, it also works as an occasional table alongside a sofa or armchair.
