22mm - will fit our standard Fusion Carbon Fibre or Aluminium Pure Staffs or Fusion Contact Fire Staffs.
19mm - will fit a staff with an outside diameter of 19mm.

Aluminium end caps are needed if you are attaching these V3 Hubs to a Fusion Carbon Fibre Pure Staff or Aluminium Staff. They help protect your staff as over tightening the hubs can crush Carbon Fibre. 
You won't require End Caps if you are attaching the hubs to a Contact Staff.

Important: Our End Caps are removable so you must make sure that you attach the V3 hubs to both your Staff and Removable End Caps. If you attach the hub only to the End Cap it could fly off.
