I made Into The Dark to honour the unmet wounds people hide deep inside themselves and all the courageous parts woven in early childhood to protect these hidden wounds. The human capacity to survive difficult experiences in childhood is so immense we early-on cut off from the radiant light of our life force in favour of shrinking ourselves to a postage stamp of acceptability. It's the most tragic and yet loving and creative thing we ever did.
