Pixie Prism iridescent cowhide leather features a white base color with a luminous iridescent finish that shifts with the light. This 3–4 oz chrome-tanned leather has a distinctive embossed mosaic grain and stiff temper, creating an eye-catching surface for structured bags, accessories, statement pieces, and other leathercraft projects.

These hides are sold for their finished top side. However, the suede side may contain tannery marks, score marks, writing, or other natural imperfections.
Project pieces come from three areas of the hide:
- Top pieces – from the neck area and often include more natural edges.
- Middle pieces – from the center of the hide and typically more rectangular
- Bottom pieces – from the rump area and often include more natural edges
