Available in seven sizes, Goike Gong Mallets progress from small and light to large and heavy, with the handle lengthening as the head grows — so the mallet stays balanced in your hand at every size. Each head is wrapped in yarn.

The handle is unlike anything else on the market: textured and ribbed, with grooves that seem to fall exactly where your fingers do. It settles into your hand on the first pass, giving you a secure, effortless hold — no squeezing, no readjusting mid-piece.

Their most distinctive quality, though, is what you don't hear: virtually no contact sound at the moment of the strike. The gong speaks, not the mallet. It's a rare trait in a mallet, and once you've played with it, it's hard to go back.
