Care and warranty notes
- Keep your tower away from water and don't leave it standing in puddles. If water is spilled, wipe it dry promptly. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
- Professionally sealed with non-toxic paints and varnishes. Clean with a damp cloth only. Soapy water or baby wipes containing chemicals and alcohol can damage the paintwork and are not covered under warranty.
- Painted or varnished birch ply may show a slight "pinhole" effect along the board edges. This is a natural characteristic of timber, not a defect.
- The internal grooves where the steps slide in may have a different finish. This is an aesthetic variation that adds to the character of natural timber, not a manufacturing fault.
