Amethyst is the purple one everybody recognizes, and on your wrist it's an easy little hit of colour.
Amethyst is purple quartz. Traces of iron, plus a bit of natural radiation deep underground, give it shades from soft lilac to deep grape. These are polished round beads on a stretchy cord, so it rolls on and off with no clasp to fiddle with. There's also a matte version with a soft, frosted finish.
It's traditionally linked with peace and calm, so a lot of people wear it on busy days as a reminder to slow down. Others leave it on the nightstand as part of a wind-down routine. Not sure which shade? Pick the one you keep looking at. That's honestly how most people choose.
How to use it
Care: Roll it on instead of stretching it wide, and keep it out of hot, direct sun so the purple stays rich.
