Join us for a class of all things typewriters! Whether you are a typewriter collector looking to brush up on your maintenance skills, or you are brand new to the world of typewriters and want to learn all you can, this free workshop is for you.

We'll learn about how to pick out your perfect typewriter, why a "Test Type" is so important, cleaning your typewriter and maintaining it, Typewriter "Do's and Don'ts", and so much more. These fascinating analogue machines truly revolutionized the way we communicate, and they continue to inspire writers and artists today.

Join typewriter aficionado and founder of Tampa Type, Randy Rosenthal, to learn about typewriter history and operation, and then to test drive several restored typewriters from the 1920’s to the 1970’s.
