Once you’ve gotten comfortable with resistance band training, mobility exercises, and adding weight to The DB Method workout, you’re ready for the Booty Deluxe Kit.

Featuring The DreamBelt and The DreamBand Pro, we provide everything you need to experience a full throttle workout.

Adding both weight and resistance to your workouts engages a more complex combination of muscles, allowing for a wider range of motion allowing you to build even more strength.
