The spider has long carried an unexpected association with good fortune. A patient weaver, spinning its web thread by thread, it became a symbol of prosperity, fate and fortunes carefully made.

Old superstition warned against killing a spider in the home, where its presence could instead be welcomed as an omen of luck.

Your charm celebrates the old belief that sometimes, good fortune should simply be left undisturbed.
